  • Excellent Client Service: Uphold high standards of client service through significant client interactions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments, particularly audit and corporate tax teams, to ensure deadlines are met and major issues are addressed promptly.
  • Mentorship: Act as a coach for junior team members and participate in staff training and supervision as necessary. Depending on your experience, this role may involve line management of junior staff.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise through relevant reading and training, fulfilling CPD requirements of the appropriate professional institute and gaining exposure to challenging assignments.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel to client locations, although most work will be office-based within our expanding team.
  • Assist with Compliance: Help the compliance teams in preparing statutory accounts under IFRS, FRS 101, and FRS 102.
