Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure all warehouse operations (pick-pack, receipt, dispatch, and planning) are executed on-time and in-full, following Metcash’s values.
• Foster a positive team culture through guidance, training, and feedback to ensure staff feel supported and motivated.
• Champion safety by adhering to OHS guidelines and promptly reporting any incidents.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency to contribute to a culture of growth and engagement.
• Coordinate daily staffing and operational needs to meet business demands while maintaining a balanced work environment.
• Monitor and control warehouse costs, ensuring efficient operations within budget.
