The Job

HOYTS is looking for Team Members who can embody our FIERCE Values! To ensure we leave a lasting impression, we need dedicated and hardworking employees committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you have a passion for movies and enjoy working with others, this is the perfect role for you! Your mission is to connect with guests through excellent customer service in our fast-paced environment. As part of the Cinema Operations Department, you will help bring the famous HOYTS brand to life. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting and seating guests with a big smile.
  • Processing tickets and serving our delicious food and beverages.
  • Keeping the venue clean and presentable.

Availability

Our Team Members are hired on a permanent part-time basis, giving you the chance to own your role and make lasting friendships. We offer a flexible roster, but you’ll need to contribute during peak periods, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts. Candidates must have working rights in Australia to be considered for this position.
