Job Description

As a Truck Driver with StarTrack, you’ll operate a modern truck to safely transport packages and goods across various routes, fostering strong connections within the community. With a Monday-Friday schedule, overtime, and additional entitlements, this position offers stability and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and Transport: Work with team members to safely load your truck with freight each day.
• Safety Checks: Complete routine vehicle safety inspections to ensure compliance.
• Delivery and Pick-Up: Drive between operational centers and customers, handling pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Return to Depot: Unload pick-up freight upon return to the operational center.

Skills and Qualifications

• License: Must hold a Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle license.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting and moving freight up to 30kg frequently.
• Safety-Focused: Knowledge of safety protocols and chain of responsibility.
• Customer Service: Friendly and effective communication skills.
• Compliance: Ability to pass a driving history check, pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol screening, and national police check.

Education and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
