Key Responsibilities

• Mail Sorting: Start your day early sorting mail and small parcels with your teammates.
• Vehicle Safety Checks: Complete daily checks to ensure your motorcycle is safe for delivery.
• Loading Deliveries: Load your motorcycle with deliveries for the day.
• Outdoor Deliveries: Deliver mail and parcels in all weather conditions to homes and businesses.
• Mentorship: Work alongside experienced Rider Mentors who will support your professional development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working independently and in a team. If you’re passionate about service and community, this role is perfect for you!

Skills and Qualifications

• Motorcycle License: Hold a full or probationary Australian motorcycle licence.
• Riding Assessment: Successfully pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment.
• Flexibility: Be willing to work additional hours if required.
• Physical Fitness: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly.
• Weight Limit: Must meet the safe working load limit of weighing 100kgs or less.

Education and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role is advantageous but not mandatory.
