Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor training across the Distribution Centre, ensuring team members are competent in their roles.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and prioritize training based on best practices.
- Plan and execute induction training for new starters and ongoing training until competency is achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional training to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee team trainers’ growth and development while ensuring consistent learning experiences.
- Embed safety practices in technical training and present training data to operational leaders.
