Key Responsibilities

• Manage all requests from suppliers and staff.
• Log all supplier price and/or product changes and communicate updates to the wider business.
• Maintain a central repository of all supplier agreements.
• Perform cost change analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
• Update systems with supplier price and/or product changes.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing teams to ensure accuracy in supplier prices.
• Develop and maintain processes for managing supplier changes.
• Provide input and support as part of the national pricing team for customer and pricing-related requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
• Uphold a safe and compliant workplace for staff and customers.
