Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality legal services aligned with client needs
- Conduct in-depth legal analyses and prepare comprehensive solutions
- Advise clients on legal matters, including corporate, labor, and financial law
- Lead complex project presentations and manage client proposals
- Cultivate client relationships and maintain project standards
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Legal expertise in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in legal document management and information systems
- Strong ability to handle multiple legal assignments effectively
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience
- Azerbaijani Bar Association membership preferred
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani; advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High degree of professional ethics and commitment to client success
