Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Track and manage production jobs, monitoring costs, and quality standards.
- Serve as a link between sales, in-house, and external workshops.
- Ensure quality and accuracy by communicating effectively with jewellers and gemstone setters.
- Liaise with suppliers to organize necessary materials.
- Plan stock requirements based on sales data and oversee the production schedule.
- Assist with office management tasks and support the sales team as needed.
