Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Track and manage production jobs, monitoring costs, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a link between sales, in-house, and external workshops.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy by communicating effectively with jewellers and gemstone setters.
  • Liaise with suppliers to organize necessary materials.
  • Plan stock requirements based on sales data and oversee the production schedule.
  • Assist with office management tasks and support the sales team as needed.
