Creative Director: Lead the Vision at SRTX

Key Responsibilities of the Creative Director

1. Creative Leadership

As Creative Director, you will lead the development and execution of compelling, on-brand creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital, print, and experiential marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure that each project aligns with SRTX’s brand values and long-term strategy. Your role will involve shaping the creative vision for all aspects of the brand’s communications, from advertising to in-store experiences, helping to elevate the SRTX brand across every touchpoint.

2. Campaign Development

The Creative Director will oversee the entire creative process, from the initial concept through to final execution. This includes developing creative campaigns for various platforms, such as eCommerce, social media, and retail, supporting both SRTX’s DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands and our B2B wholesale/white-label partnerships. You will ensure that campaigns are innovative, effective, and consistent with the SRTX brand ethos, driving customer engagement and brand loyalty.

3. Brand Consistency

A key responsibility of the Creative Director is to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and eCommerce teams to ensure that the brand’s visual identity is consistent and cohesive across digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and in-store displays. By establishing and maintaining these standards, you will protect the integrity of the SRTX brand and enhance its recognition in the marketplace.

4. Team Collaboration and Mentorship

As the Creative Director, you will lead and mentor a team of talented designers, Art Directors, and other creative professionals. You will foster a collaborative environment where creativity thrives, helping your team grow professionally while delivering high-quality work. Your leadership will guide the team in executing creative concepts that align with SRTX’s brand goals while encouraging individual creativity and innovation.

5. Cross-Functional Partnership

The Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and eCommerce, to ensure that creative assets meet business objectives and are delivered on time. Working closely with these teams, you will ensure that creative concepts align with product launches, marketing campaigns, and the overall business strategy, making sure the brand’s vision is consistently communicated across all channels.

6. Budgeting and Resource Management

In addition to creative oversight, the Creative Director will manage project budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for contracting and invoicing partners and collaborators, keeping projects on track, and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact. Your ability to manage resources effectively will ensure that the creative process runs smoothly and efficiently.

7. Trend Monitoring and Innovation

As the Creative Director, staying ahead of design and fashion trends is crucial to driving innovation within the brand. You will keep a close eye on the latest trends in design, fashion, and consumer behavior to ensure SRTX remains at the forefront of creative excellence. By continually pushing the boundaries of creative expression, you will ensure that SRTX’s design and brand messaging remain fresh, engaging, and relevant to our audience.

Requirements for the Creative Director Role

To be successful in this position, the Creative Director should bring the following qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience leading creative teams in both agency and/or in-house environments, with a strong portfolio of creative work.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex creative challenges.
