Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Service Briefings: Attend daily briefings to ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently before guest arrival.
• Mise en Place: Maintain mise en place levels accurately to ensure seamless service.
• Grooming Standards: Adhere to grooming standards to reflect a professional image for guests.
• Guest Interaction: Meet, greet, and seat guests in a professional manner, offering personalized recommendations.
• Food and Beverage Service: Take guest orders, coordinate with the kitchen and sommelier, and ensure accurate service of food and beverages.
• Specials Communication: Effectively communicate with the kitchen and sommelier regarding specials.
• Billing and Closing: Prepare and present accurate bills, perform closing duties, and ensure the bar area is clean and organized.
• Guest Satisfaction: Respond proactively to guest queries, ensuring that issues are addressed, and guests leave satisfied.
• Maintenance: Report and follow up on maintenance issues affecting the delivery of service.
