Employment Details
- Position: Full-time Training Manager
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (Office in downtown Dallas on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays; work from home on Thursdays and Fridays)

Qualifications for Training Manager Jobs

Key Responsibilities
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks aimed at enhancing the training and development of our team members:
Assess Training Needs
- Identify and assess the training needs of the Bureau Veritas Power team to ensure continuous development and compliance.
Develop Training Plans
- Create tailored training plans for the BV Power team based on specific client needs and project requirements.
Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of training requirements for existing and new employees, including tracking upcoming expirations.
Spearhead Internal Training
- Lead the development of the ProMPT (Project Manager Professional Training) program, ensuring its effectiveness and relevance.
Manage Training Providers
- Identify and oversee external professionals for training sessions as needed.
Collaborate with Safety Managers
- Work closely with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) managers to coordinate training needs and align with Bureau Veritas corporate safety standards.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Understand and monitor KPIs set by leadership to ensure the BV Power team meets and exceeds expectations.
Onboard New Employees
- Coordinate training for new hires on BV programs, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Follow-Up and Compliance
- Conduct follow-ups with team members to ensure timely completion of training and address any overdue requirements.
Budget Management
- Create and manage the training budget, reviewing it with leadership to ensure resources are used effectively.
Organize Learning Events
- Help plan and organize learning and development events for the BV Power team to foster continuous improvement.
