Job Description

At PwC, we believe in driving projects that create real change. As a TLS Graduate in Bahrain, you’ll play a key role in advising clients on tax compliance and legal matters. Over the two years, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of tax consulting, including problem-solving for tax disputes, conducting legal research, and providing insights based on country-specific tax laws.

Our graduate program will empower you to build the skills needed to work with clients in diverse sectors, helping them achieve their business goals. The role combines technical expertise with critical thinking, making it ideal for those with a logical mindset and the ability to navigate complex issues. You’ll also gain exposure to PwC’s Pathway to Manager Program (P2M), which focuses on developing core managerial, technical, and soft skills during the first five years of your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients by providing accurate legal and tax advice based on their specific needs.
• Collaborate with senior professionals on challenging legal projects and tax compliance issues.
• Analyze data and conduct research to develop effective solutions for clients.
• Draft legal documentation, addressing tax or compliance implications.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in the management of client relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Recent or final-year undergraduate in a STEM, Accounting, Finance, or Economics degree with a 3.2 GPA or higher.
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in navigating complex legal and tax issues.
• A passion for continuous learning and personal development.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically.

Education and Experience
