Role Overview: What Does a Technical Recruiter Do?

A Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in finding and hiring the best technical talent. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, collaborate with departmental managers, and ensure that each new hire fits seamlessly into our team.

1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Source, recruit, and interview potential candidates for IT and BPO roles.

  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for each position.

2. Hiring and Onboarding

  • Facilitate the hiring process by managing interviews and ensuring timely decision-making.
