As a member of our CTAC team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build Client Relationships: Engage with clients, oversee tax compliance, and participate in advisory projects such as tax restructures, transaction planning, cash repatriation, and responding to global tax changes like BEPS Pillar 2.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Mentor and coach team members, helping them to grow professionally while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Enhance Collaboration: Work alongside internal tax teams and other departments, such as audit and accounting, to deliver comprehensive services to our clients.
- Drive Market Engagement: Represent KPMG to clients and within the marketplace, introducing relevant experts as needed while maintaining excellence in client service and technical quality.
- Promote Business Development: Actively participate in creating proposals, promoting our team’s services across KPMG networks to encourage collaboration and increase internal referrals.
- Oversee Engagements: Manage project quality, conduct risk assessments, and maintain client financials in line with KPMG values and standards.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with a proven track record in UK corporate tax.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- In-depth technical knowledge of the corporate tax market, particularly regarding BEPS Pillar 2.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach that inspires the team and enhances KPMG’s reputation.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and clients.
