Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key team member, you’ll manage a diverse client portfolio, offering valuable exposure across several tax disciplines, including:
- Providing high-quality tax advice on structuring, governance, compliance, group restructuring, and more
- Leading the delivery of advisory projects and collaborating with specialists across KPMG’s global network
- Building lasting relationships with clients to support their needs and identify new service opportunities
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members to help them grow in their careers
- Participating in client pitches, delivering tender documents, and actively contributing to business development
- Upholding KPMG’s values by being a role model within the firm
What You’ll Need
- Professional qualification (ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA) with a strong UK corporate tax background
- Proven experience in coaching, leading, and managing stakeholders effectively
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a commercial mindset
- A proactive approach to developing new business opportunities for KPMG and your clients
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the drive and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
