Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day talent acquisition activities to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
  • Develop partnerships with recruitment agencies and explore new hiring channels.
  • Plan and participate in recruitment trips and career fairs.
  • Conduct interviews for internal and external candidates in final hiring stages.
  • Draft and send offer letters, manage internal transfers, and oversee promotions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create effective job descriptions and succession plans.
  • Build relationships with hotel schools and universities for internship programs.
  • Promote the brand on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and CatererGlobal.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment performance through corporate metrics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Manager role should be dynamic, resourceful, and experienced in luxury hospitality recruitment. A passion for people, strong leadership qualities, and innovative thinking are essential.

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications
