Our Southampton store is searching for a dynamic part-time Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team!
Job Details
- Position: Part-Time Supervisor
- Contract Hours: 18 hours per week (with flexibility to increase)
- Availability: Must have weekend and some weekday availability

Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Assist the management team in coaching and developing store team members. Your leadership will help motivate the team to achieve their KPIs and ensure a positive work environment.
- Drive Results: Work collaboratively with the management team to deliver impressive sales results while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping experience that reflects our brand’s fun and colorful ethos.
- Customer Engagement: Foster an environment where every customer interaction is personal and unique. As a Supervisor, you’ll set the tone for excellent customer service.
- Multi-task: Juggle various tasks efficiently, from inventory management to team scheduling, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the store.
