Position Details
In our Counsellor Jobs, you will play a vital role in enhancing the Member experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling New CAA Memberships: Engage with prospective Members to sell new CAA memberships, ensuring they understand the benefits and services available.
- Renewing and Upgrading Memberships: Assist existing Members in renewing or upgrading their memberships, tailoring recommendations to their specific needs.
- Updating Member Accounts: Keep Member accounts current and accurate, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Responding to Member Inquiries: Address Member inquiries regarding membership options, helping them choose the best plan for themselves and their families. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in this aspect.
- Travel and Insurance Information: Provide prospective Members with detailed information about our Travel, Insurance, and other Member Benefits, showcasing all the services offered by Manitoba CAA Club Group.
- Managing Sales Leads: Receive and distribute sales leads and inquiries, accurately inputting information into the Member database as necessary.
- Staying Informed: Maintain a detailed understanding of all lines of business within CAA Club Group, including awareness of ongoing incentives and promotions.
- Professionalism and Sensitivity: Uphold a high standard of professionalism, tact, and sensitivity in all interactions, ensuring that CAA is portrayed positively.
- Protecting Member Privacy: Safeguard Members’ privacy and consumer interests, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practices in all dealings.
