Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Manage and grow a distributed team of 4-8 mid to senior-level engineers.
2. Technical Leadership: Serve as the engineering lead for a site reliability-focused organization, supporting operational excellence across teams.
3. Collaboration: Align and coordinate with peers in live operations and ensure consistent technical leadership across the organization.
4. Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance goals, provide career growth opportunities, and manage team motivation.
5. Strategic Planning: Participate in quarterly and annual strategic planning to align organizational goals with team execution.
6. On-Call Support: Act as an escalation point for live operations and ensure on-call teams are effectively supported.
