Key Responsibilities

• Agile Coaching: Mentor and coach various roles in R&D to enhance understanding and application of Agile practices.
• Training & Workshops: Design and facilitate sessions focused on Agile mindset and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collect feedback and understand expectations to align organizational goals with Agile methodologies.
• Continuous Improvement: Support the Agile improvement workflow, identifying and solving impediments.
• Guidelines & Documentation: Establish best practices and ensure compliance through training and effective documentation.
• Proactive Strategy: Anticipate challenges, proactively suggest solutions, and support a culture of collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8 years as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Transformation Lead in large organizations.
• Agile Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile Master, Scrum Master, SAFe, LeSS) are preferred.
• Technical Background: Experience in software engineering or product development for effective communication with technical teams.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and cultural awareness across diverse teams.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently and leverage the autonomy provided within Dynatrace.

Education and Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or related).
• Certifications: Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) are highly valued.
• Language: Proficiency in English; German is a plus.

Compensation and Rewards

The minimum annual salary for this role is €60,000, with the potential for a higher offer based on experience and qualifications.
