About the Team

Our National Audit Technical Services (NATS) team ensures the highest technical quality in our audit operations. A key part of NATS is the financial reporting team, offering guidance on accounting and reporting matters.

As we expand our financial reporting team to support the growth of our audit practice, we’re looking for a Senior Manager to help lead this exciting phase, maintain quality, and implement future financial reporting changes.

The Role

As Senior Manager in Corporate Reporting, you will:

• Provide financial reporting expertise on complex audits, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Support teams with technical consultations on financial and non-financial reporting.
• Conduct second opinion reviews on technical matters related to IFRS and UK GAAP, while mentoring audit teams.
• Draft technical communications and practice guides for corporate reporting.
• Collaborate on projects, update training materials, and lead on new financial reporting developments.
• Serve as a go-to expert for technical queries from colleagues across offices.

What We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience as a Senior Manager in a technical or external audit role, with a passion for deepening your corporate reporting expertise.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Proven ability to review financial statements of listed entities (Premium, Standard, and AIM) for compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and support teams with timely advice.
