Job Description

As a Senior IT Talent Acquisition, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job requisitions and sourcing candidates to offering positions to the best talent. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to identify IT recruitment needs and utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates. You will also serve as a subject matter expert in the IT talent landscape, offering insights to shape recruitment strategies and guide hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of job requisitions, revise job descriptions, and document recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms to source passive candidates.
  • Advise hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, and recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular feedback and communication.
  • Analyze and present data insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in and lead Talent Acquisition initiatives such as job fairs, university collaborations, and internship programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on sourcing strategies and recruitment process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
  • Proven expertise in recruiting IT professionals across various industries.
  • Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in IT Talent Acquisition, including experience with passive candidate sourcing and working with senior-level hiring managers.
