Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in GxP IT Project Management, you will be responsible for managing projects that involve the implementation and optimization of IT systems for life science companies. This includes working with regulated systems such as QMS, RIMS, MES, and LIMS in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors.

You will:

• Lead IT transformation projects in the GxP regulated area for German and international clients.
• Analyze and optimize GxP processes and IT systems in a regulatory environment.
• Develop new technologies and solutions in “Emerging Regulatory Technologies.”
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT transformation projects for GxP regulated systems for life sciences clients.
• Analyze and optimize GxP processes and IT systems (e.g., QMS, RIMS, MES, LIMS).
• Support the development of Emerging Regulatory Technologies such as POCs and MVPs.
• Collaborate with international teams to implement global IT solutions.
• Enhance the Deloitte service portfolio in GxP IT project management.
• Travel occasionally for client meetings and project implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree in life sciences (e.g., bioinformatics, biotechnology) or IT (e.g., computer science, business informatics).
• Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry or a life sciences-related consultancy role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GxP regulations and experience with regulated IT systems (QMS, RIMS, MES, LIMS).
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to manage IT transformation projects, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
