Skills / Experience / Education

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in risk management and controls assurance
• Proficiency in data analytics and digital audit tools
• Proven stakeholder management and client interaction abilities
• Adaptability in multidisciplinary team environments

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in internal audit or controls assurance
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage risks effectively
• Prior experience in leading client-facing projects

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred but not required
