• Incident Response: React to incidents and critical situations effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Patrolling: Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and its perimeters, ensuring a secure environment. Be prepared to adapt to varying conditions based on the specific client site.

Requirements for Becoming a Security Guard

To qualify for the Security Guard position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 years or older for armed roles.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or you must possess five years of verifiable experience in security.
• Background Check: Candidates will undergo a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories fairly, as per applicable laws.
• Drug Screening: Applicants must pass a drug screening, as permitted by law.
