We’re seeking Sales Executives who excel at connecting with customers and matching them with the perfect new car. This role combines customer relationship-building with a deep understanding of our vehicle lineup, trade-in process, and post-sales service to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Develop a robust follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Review sales data to boost brand reputation and drive future sales.
- Proactive Selling: Actively generate sales leads, qualify potential buyers, and guide them through model selection.
- Promotions & Marketing: Collaborate on vehicle sales promotions and support social media campaigns.
- Trade-In Coordination: Work closely with Sales Consultants to facilitate trade-ins.
- Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct dealership tours, and lead test drives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers have a seamless experience from inquiry to purchase completion.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Expertise: At least 3-4 years in new vehicle sales with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Customer Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain vehicle details in simple terms.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of automotive technical aspects and industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, along with negotiation skills.
- Licensed Driver: Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
