Make an Impact at RSM UK

The National Audit Resource Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that audits are staffed with the right professionals at the right time. As a Regional Audit Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Audit Managers and the regional Audit Managing Partner, focusing on effective resource planning and decision-making. This role, based in the Northeast and Scotland, allows you to support audit teams throughout these areas.

We are also dedicated to supporting our trainees as they navigate their exam training contracts, acting as a key resource for exam preparation guidance.

Key Responsibilities

In this important position, you will oversee staffing for the regional audit team by:

  • Resource Planning: Manage staff assignments for the Regional Audit Team using the Retain system.
  • Collaboration: Hold regular meetings with Audit Managers to address staffing challenges and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Training Coordination: Serve as the Exam Training Manager, providing essential support for the region’s trainees during their training journey.
  • Interdepartmental Connection: Work alongside HR and Training teams to maintain consistency across various departments.
