Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule the daily intake of raw potatoes for production.
• Collaborate with Field Officers to manage harvest and inventory storage.
• Coordinate raw material delivery with the Production Planner.
• Oversee potato storage and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor raw inspection processes and quality to ensure production success.
• Act as the main point of contact for delivery scheduling.
• Provide supervision and training to temporary harvest staff.
• Support scale program troubleshooting and upgrades.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have experience in agriculture, logistics, or a similar role, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking. A strong commitment to health and safety is essential.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Previous experience in agriculture or logistics (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of MRP planning systems.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Valid C-class driver’s license.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in agricultural production or logistics.
• Familiarity with MRP planning systems and Excel.
• Background in food production or agricultural operations is beneficial.
