Responsibilities of a QA Manager
In your role as a QA Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks that ensure project success. Key responsibilities include:
- Progress Reporting and Planning: You will report on project progress, plan resource staffing, and oversee hiring while addressing any performance concerns. This is essential in maintaining the quality of Manager Jobs within the team.

As part of the Application Modernization & Innovation (AMI) team, you will work with innovative technology, talented individuals, and effective delivery approaches. Our AMI practice provides end-to-end technology solutions aimed at improving our clients’ core business operations. The practice comprises three main areas: Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration, and Quality Engineering. These areas offer a variety of Manager Jobs that contribute to transformative outcomes for clients.
Qualifications for Success
To be considered for Manager Jobs at Deloitte, you should possess the following qualifications:
Required
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 7 years of QA experience covering End-to-End testing, UAT, SIT, Performance Testing, and Release Management. Additionally, a minimum of 7 years of project management experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is essential for this role.
- Leadership Skills: You must demonstrate the ability to lead and manage resources across various testing disciplines.
- Travel Flexibility: While the role is primarily remote, a willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time is expected.
