Role: Production Operator Jobs in Australia with Visa Sponsorship

In the Production Operator role, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations daily. Your tasks will involve managing raw materials, maintaining safety protocols, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety in every step, maintaining high standards for both product and workplace safety.
• Material Handling: Pick, process, and record raw materials accurately, keeping track of batch information.
• Production Execution: Mix, pack, and manage production orders according to the daily schedule.
• Documentation: Complete all necessary production paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Communication: Report issues or delays to supervisors for seamless workflow.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: Previous experience as a Production Operator or process worker in the Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, time management, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive attitude.

Skills and Education Required

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in manufacturing or production operations preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, including HACCP/GMP standards.
