Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the set-up for events, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Greet and welcome guests with impeccable service, including managing cloakrooms.
• Recruit and supervise extra staff as needed for each event.
• Review event menus to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and control service throughout the banquet.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any guest complaints following LQE procedures.
• Ensure that service quality aligns with Mandarin Oriental’s luxury standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has experience in banquet operations within luxury hotels, with strong leadership and communication skills. Fluency in French and English is essential. A proactive, professional attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service are key to success in this role.

Qualifications
