Duties and Essential Job Functions

In your role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, which include but are not limited to:

• Unloading trucks according to the prescribed store processes.
• Receiving, opening, and unpacking cartons and totes.
• Stocking merchandise, rotating items on shelves, and building displays.
• Assisting customers in locating merchandise.
• Operating the cash register and flatbed scanner, processing customer purchases, and collecting payments.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store, including cleaning the front end and setting up sidewalk displays.
• Providing superior customer service leadership and following company policies and procedures.

In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will:

• Authorize refunds and overrides, manage cash levels, and assist in maintaining strict cashier accountability.
