As a Key Account Partner in the Digital Solutions space, you’ll own the entire portfolio of Tier-1 Commercial Real Estate (CRE) clients across Victoria. You will drive revenue growth, ensure adoption of new products, and build lasting brand loyalty. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a potential for a permanent position, allowing you to showcase your expertise and leadership within the industry.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Domain Group’s presence in the CRE market. This is a highly independent role where you will have full control over your territory, working closely with sales agents and support teams to build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include driving business growth, facilitating the adoption of new products, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business success. You’ll manage a long sales cycle, from initial meetings through to contract execution, reporting, and maintaining ongoing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Victoria territory, handling the largest portfolio within the CRE division.
- Drive revenue growth, new product adoption, and brand loyalty by building strong partnerships with key clients.
- Manage long sales cycles from initial engagement, solution-selling, contract negotiations, and final execution.
- Present Domain’s insights to clients and key stakeholders, attending customer events and sales meetings.
- Strategize and implement initiatives for business growth, identifying new opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with clients, introducing new and relevant products to solve their business challenges.
- Resolve operational and account issues with world-class customer service.
- Stay up to date with market conditions, providing feedback on competition and identifying barriers and opportunities for growth.
- Develop deep industry expertise in Commercial Real Estate and the Developer space.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales/account management or a passionate Real Estate professional with strong connections.
- Ability to travel within the VIC region, including Chadstone.
- Proactive self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong administrative abilities.
- Confidence and ability to present to sales teams and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Valid Australian driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in Real Estate, Media, or Software sales.
- Insight-driven selling experience.
- Familiarity with the Commercial Real Estate and Developer sectors.
- Business development experience.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Sales and Account Management: Ability to drive large-scale sales operations and build long-term client relationships.
- Commercial Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate market, developers, and how to sell to this industry.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to identify clients’ needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong at evaluating data and reporting on account performance.
- Communication: Highly skilled in negotiating, presenting, and building relationships.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales/account management, especially in real estate, media, or technology solutions.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, particularly within Commercial Real Estate or a related industry.
