About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Testing and Validation
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
- Test applications across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and web browsers.
- Identify bugs and issues, ensuring they are reported clearly and accurately.
2. Writing and Executing Test Cases
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to understand the software’s functionality for effective testing.
3. Reporting and Documentation
- Document test results, defects, and improvements.
- Provide detailed reports on software performance and functionality.
4. Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and provide feedback.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and techniques.
- Contribute to improving the company’s QA processes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Junior SQA or in a related software testing role.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, or Cucumber.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with web and mobile application testing methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Clear and concise communication skills for reporting defects and improvements.
