In today’s business world, many companies need to give investors and stakeholders confidence in their financial health, even when a full audit isn’t required. Our Assurance & Business Services team provides a wide range of support to clients, from small start-ups to non-profits and global businesses, across many industries.
What You’ll Do
As part of our team, you’ll work directly with clients at different levels, from junior finance staff to financial directors. Audits follow a cycle that includes Planning, Fieldwork, and Completion. Depending on the size and complexity of the client, each phase can last from a week to several months. This role will give you exposure to various businesses and help you develop the skills you need to become an effective auditor.
Your tasks will include:

- Learning about our clients and their businesses.
- Keeping senior team members updated on progress.
- Getting familiar with our audit and accounting software.
- Answering audit and accountancy-related queries.
- Managing your tasks and tracking time against the budget.

At Evelyn Partners, we believe diverse viewpoints and experiences drive our success. You’ll find an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. We’re focused on creating a space where you can thrive and achieve your potential.

Important Notes for Your Application
When you click ‘I’m interested,’ you’ll be directed to your profile page. While we’re updating it, please note the following:
- You can only apply to one programme per recruitment season. If you’re not successful, you’ll need to wait until next September when applications reopen for the following year.
- In the ‘Experience’ section, if you don’t have any experience, enter ‘N/A’ in the ‘Title’ field and select random start and end dates.
- In the ‘Education’ section, you don’t need to include all your education details. We’ll ask for that separately after you’ve completed your profile. Just fill in the mandatory ‘Institution’ (University) question. If you have more than one degree, only list the most recent one.
- In the ‘Resume’ section, uploading a CV is mandatory, as the hiring manager will review it.
- The ‘Message to Hiring Manager’ section is optional and won’t be formally reviewed.
