Introduction to Assurance & Business Services

Our Assurance & Business Services team supports a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to non-profits, across various sectors. We help them meet the financial reporting needs of investors and stakeholders, even when a full audit isn’t required by law.

Your Role

As an intern in the Assurance & Business Services team, you will work closely with finance teams at all levels, from Accounts Assistants to Finance Directors. You will experience different environments, working either on-site with clients or at an Evelyn Partners office. Your role will involve providing insights and solutions that truly make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team on audit and accountancy tasks
• Develop an understanding of client businesses
• Keep senior stakeholders updated on project progress
• Learn and use our audit and accounting software
• Solve audit and accounting queries
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively within budget constraints

What You Need to Succeed

• Be available from 30th June to 8th August 2025
• Be in your penultimate year of university
• Achieve a predicted 2:2 degree in any discipline
• Minimum 112 UCAS points in your top 3 A-levels (excluding General Studies)
• GCSE Grade 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
