Job Description

The IFS – Summer Internship Program provides an immersive experience in PwC’s Internal Firm Services, where you’ll learn about the operations and strategies that drive PwC’s success. You’ll participate in client-facing projects, gain exposure to various departments, and engage in problem-solving tasks that will help shape your career.

As an intern, you will:

• Work with leading professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Gain firsthand experience in areas like Talent Management, Learning & Development, Risk/Compliance, Recruitment, Marketing, and IT.
• Build your professional network by collaborating with your peers and mentors.
• Contribute to real-world projects and make an impact on both the firm and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client and internal projects.
• Collaborate with team members to provide solutions to business challenges.
• Participate in team meetings and workshops.
• Conduct research and analysis for specific business areas.
• Engage in skill-building activities and training.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Current third or final year student with a related degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business, MIS, Occupational Psychology).
• Cumulative GPA: 3.0/4 or higher.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without restrictions (no sponsorship provided).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference.

Skills and Qualifications

• Hard Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR practices or business management.

Education and Experience

• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
