- Use proper phone etiquette, including approved greetings and polite communication.
- Handle Guest Requests:
- Direct calls to the appropriate extensions, departments, or guest rooms.
- Relay guest requests to the relevant departments for timely follow-up.
- Assist guests with special requests to enhance their stay experience.
- Manage Reservations and Appointments:
- Schedule and manage guest appointments and reservations.
- Update and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Provide Information:
- Offer guests information about the property, services, and amenities.
- Inform guests about local attractions, dining options, and events in Orlando.
- Maintain Professionalism:
- Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards the hotel and job responsibilities.
- Comply with the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- Administrative Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, file maintenance, and telephone answering.
- Assist in maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
- Use computers and other office equipment efficiently to manage guest information.
- Problem-Solving:
- Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work under high levels of stress to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to find solutions to guest concerns.
- Team Collaboration:

Required Qualifications
To be successful in the Guest Relations Operator role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:

- Strength: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs infrequently when needed.
