About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Director to join our team in one of the following locations: London, Bristol, Reading, Guildford, or Manchester. In this role, you will handle a variety of technical accounting, financial reporting, and business advisory tasks. You will also lead challenging projects that require deep technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technically demanding projects involving FRS102, IFRS, and FRS101 standards, group reconstructions, accounting conversions, and acquisition support.
- Help grow the business by supporting proposals, assisting Partners, and engaging in networking and industry activities.
- Coach and mentor junior staff, while developing your own skills in business development.
- Take charge of complex accounting projects for clients, including IFRS transition consultancy work.
What We’re Looking For
We value diverse skills and experiences. Our ideal candidate will have:
- ACA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience with UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting.
- Background in professional practice, ideally within an accounting advisory team or providing written accounting advice.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in supervising and coaching junior staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
