Job Description

As an FA Junior Associate (M&A), you will:

• Develop an understanding of Deloitte’s transaction support and valuation methodologies.
• Analyze financial statements and perform due diligence and valuation work for international companies.
• Prepare work files and analyses supporting financial due diligence or valuation modeling.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues, gain autonomy, and enhance technical skills.
• Build relationships across Deloitte offices and with external clients, while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation work.
• Assist in financial statement analysis, ensuring accuracy in due diligence or valuation.
• Collaborate with team members to apply digital strategies.
• Deliver client-driven solutions under deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Are proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are fluent in English (spoken and written), with Arabic being an added advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

• Required: Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Preferred: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic is preferred).
• Technical Skills: MS Excel proficiency is advantageous.
