Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Department by providing guidance, supervision, and support.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security operations.
• Ensure all security operations are compliant with local safety regulations and policies.
• Coordinate security for VIP visits and other special events.
• Review incident reports, loss, and accident documentation following Safe, Sound, and Sustainable policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with other department heads for continuous improvement.
• Oversee hotel asset protection and key control programs.
• Maintain fire and life safety policies as per local regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a security leadership role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• CPR/First aid certified.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient with computer systems and security management software.
