The successful candidate will be involved in crafting and maintaining a variety of orthodontic appliances, including dentures, crowns, bridges, retainers, and mouth guards. Key Responsibilities

• Orthodontic Appliance Fabrication: Create full and partial dentures, ceramic crowns, porcelain veneers, and bridges.
• Dental Impressions & Model Making: Take precise impressions and pour up stone models for accurate dental molds.
• Crown & Bridge Milling: Perform ceramic crown and bridge milling with attention to detail, including staining and glazing.
• Veneer Fabrication & Smile Design: Assist with designing and fabricating porcelain veneers to improve aesthetic results.
• Repairs & Custom Appliances: Fabricate whitening trays, retainers, mouth guards, and other custom dental products.
• Bilingual Communication: Work effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients and colleagues.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

• Dental Expertise: Proficiency in orthodontic appliance creation, including dentures, crowns, and bridges.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision for milling, staining, glazing, and impression techniques.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish): Verbal and written fluency for effective communication within a diverse team.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of dental technology, including lab equipment and materials.

Education and Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the dental industry as a qualified Dental Technician.
• Qualifications: Certification or relevant qualification in dental technology or a related field.
• Work Schedule: Full-time availability, Monday through Saturday, is required.
