Key Responsibilities

• Data Onboarding: Manage bulk data uploads for new customers, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting of data templates.
• Utility Data Collection: Contact utility providers to gather customer data. Coordinate and assist customers with data submission, making sure data is fully prepared for import.
• Data Integrity: Monitor data feeds, identify issues, and ensure all data remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers on data inquiries, troubleshooting, and guiding them through the data submission process.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Delivery team to share regular updates on data progress and promptly report any issues.
