Job Description

In this role, you’ll take charge of loading and delivering freight across various locations. With a focus on safety and customer satisfaction, you’ll play a vital part in our operational success while enjoying the freedom of being on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading Freight: Safely load your truck with freight for deliveries with your teammates.
• Freight Handling: Repeatedly lift and deliver freight items weighing up to 30kgs.
• Safety Checks: Complete daily vehicle safety inspections to ensure operational readiness.
• Driving Duties: Transport goods between our operational centres and customers for deliveries and pick-ups.
• Unloading Freight: Return to operational centres to unload freight efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

• License Requirement: Valid MR Truck license.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to frequently load and unload freight items weighing up to 30kgs.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of the importance of safety protocols and chain of responsibility.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Eligibility: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and meet the safe working load limit of 120kgs.

Education and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a driving or delivery role is advantageous but not mandatory.
