Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Promoting IT Solutions

  • Actively promote hardware and software solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage the IT distribution supply chain, ensuring a seamless product lifecycle.

2. Sales and Customer Management

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify prospects and leads, nurturing them into long-term clients.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline for tracking and reporting.
  • Manage corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Client Support and Communication

  • Respond promptly to emails from leads and customers, providing relevant information.
  • Address post-sale inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Follow up on renewals, track payment orders, and manage sales orders.

4. Collaboration with Teams

  • Work closely with the Operations Team to prepare client quotes and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Team to generate and send invoices.

5. Business Development and Vendor Relations

  • Conduct data mining on platforms like LinkedIn, Seamless, and Zoom-info to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and explore partnerships with new OEMs.

6. Reporting and Meetings

  • Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Prepare weekly and annual reports for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements
