Job Description

HOYTS is seeking an enthusiastic Ben & Jerry’s Store Manager to lead our Moore Park team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving brand standards, and managing day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring the Ben & Jerry’s brand concepts to life, ensuring a unique guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Service: Provide top-tier service and lead by example.
  • Marketing & Sales: Implement store marketing to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including inventory, stocktaking, and conflict resolution.
  • Local Marketing: Conduct Local Area Marketing (LAM) to connect with the community.
  • Team Leadership: Handle staff rostering, performance management, and development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a proactive leader with a can-do attitude who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality experience is a must, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Communication: Strong skills in guest and team interactions.
  • Operational Knowledge: Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Compliance & Safety: Understanding of food safety and compliance standards.

Education and Experience

  • Experience: At least 4 years in a quick-service restaurant environment or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cost control and invoicing.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
