Key Responsibilities

• Daily Briefing: Attend daily briefing sessions to ensure all job assignments are carried out effectively.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Service Delivery: Assist the team with preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the bar area organized.
• Suggestive Selling: Actively suggest and promote beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Operations Support: Assist the manager with smooth operations, ensuring all tables and bar equipment are clean and ready for service.
• Guest Queries: Address and respond to guest queries promptly and appropriately.
• Billing: Assist the cashier with preparing and presenting bills accurately.
• Training: Assist with training sessions as per the Bar Manager’s instructions to ensure team skills and performance are up to standard.
• Adhoc Duties: Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Bar Manager.

We are looking for a Bartender who is service-oriented, able to work under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Skills and Qualifications

• Service-Oriented: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
• Multi-tasking: Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, especially in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience: Previous experience working in luxury restaurants or hotels is preferred.
• Knowledge of Bartending: Knowledge of drink preparation and bar equipment handling.
• Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with team members and maintain effective communication.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures a high standard of cleanliness and service is maintained at all times.
• Time Management: Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively during peak hours.

Education and Experience

• Education: At least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College qualification, or a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Food & Beverage Services Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in the bartending or hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
