We are hiring Processors who are mentally and physically fit to work in a production factory on the F/T Alaska Ocean, operating in Alaska’s Bering Sea and the coasts of Washington and Oregon. These are permanent, full-time positions, following a rotating schedule throughout the year.

Position Overview:
We are hiring Processors who are mentally and physically fit to work in a production factory on the F/T Alaska Ocean, operating in Alaska’s Bering Sea and the coasts of Washington and Oregon. These are permanent, full-time positions, following a rotating schedule throughout the year.

Ideal candidates have recent experience in physically demanding roles like manufacturing, production, construction, logging, oil fields, agriculture, or the commercial seafood industry.

At-Sea Fish Processor on Commercial Fishing Vessel Alaska Ocean Position

Key Responsibilities At-Sea Processor on the F/T Alaska Ocean USA:

• Sort fish by species, size, and quality
• Operate machinery
• Inspect products to meet quality standards
• Package, weigh, and label products for freezing
• Deep-clean factory equipment
• Participate in offloading frozen products and loading supplies at port

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repetitively
• Stand for 16 hours per day, 7 days per week
• Work in cold, wet environments and tight spaces
• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual
• Two recent positive references
• Pass a post-offer drug test, medical exam, and background screening

Life on Board:

• Shared quarters with 4-8 bunks per room
• Trips last 13-24 days, dependent on conditions
• Meals and laundry services are provided at no cost
• Limited communication; Starlink satellite Wi-Fi provided

Benefits:

• Airfare and hotel expenses covered after successful completion of two consecutive trips in Alaska

Salary Range:
$7,800 – $8,600 per month

• Crew share per trip: $3,900 – $4,300
• Trips vary between 14 – 24 days
• Additional shipyard work available in port
