Job Description

Our Assurance practice is one of the largest in the Middle East, comprising over 2,300 professionals working in 12 countries. We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Assurance – ACE Associate to support our Regional Audit team and deliver quality services to our clients.

As an Associate in the Assurance Center of Excellence (ACE) team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with office administration tasks to support the Regional Audit team.
• Collaborating with colleagues across various countries within the Middle East on standardised services, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engaging in practice communication and delivering individual work requests with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Supporting internal initiatives and projects related to the Assurance service line.
• Continuously learning and developing your skills to deliver services at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Administration: Assist with day-to-day tasks to support the audit team and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues across different countries within the region to standardise services.
• Client Support: Assist in delivering high-quality services to clients while maintaining deadlines.
• Team Engagement: Participate in internal projects and practice communication efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, or a relevant field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a related field; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
